A wedding invitation suite checklist
Check the wording of an invitation, save-the-date and details card before printing.
Write the facts once
Gather names, the date, time, venue, address and RSVP details. Spell out a date that guests from another country can understand. Check the address against the venue information rather than relying on sample wording.
Inspect every piece in the suite
The invitation, save-the-date and details card share one visual style. Add an optional photo and look at all three preview tabs. Keep an RSVP link short enough to fit; the editor checks that it is a complete HTTPS link.
Proof the print and digital versions
The purchase includes one three-card 5 × 7 PDF and three high-resolution PNGs. Open the sample files before deciding, then proof the actual names and date in your own export. Confirm your printer’s requirements; these files do not include commercial bleed or crop marks.
